Brief Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales order in SAP.
  • Day to day customer support and complete responsibility for back end order execution and material receipt at customer’s end.
  • Follow up with customer for orders, payment, outstanding for all allocated customers.
  • Prepare work order and pass it on to factory for production.

Education & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business / Commerce / Engineering.
  • 3 years’ experience in a similar role, specifically sales support and customer service.
  • Working experience in ERP, preferably SAP / SAP Business One.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms, modes of transport and trading.
